Issues in Language Teaching (ILT) is an open-access journal published by Allameh Tabataba’i University. To support the costs associated with manuscript evaluation, editorial processing, and publication, the journal applies the following Article Processing Charges (APCs):
1. Iranian Authors
The total APC for Iranian authors is IRR 15,000,000 payable in two installments:
The review and processing fee is non-refundable, including in cases where a manuscript is rejected.
2. Non-Iranian Authors
Non-Iranian authors are fully exempt from all submission, review, processing, and publication charges. Manuscript submission and publication are free of charge for these authors.
3. Financial Support
All remaining costs associated with the journal's editorial and publishing operations are financially supported by Allameh Tabataba’i University.
4. Additional Waivers
The journal does not currently offer additional discretionary APC waivers beyond the exemption specified for non-Iranian authors.
All applicable charges and any exemptions are clearly communicated to authors before manuscript submission.
